BioDensity Technology and Science
BioDensity is a uniquely designed technology to increase bone, connective tissue, and muscle fiber through the “impact loading” of the system in four directions. Typically, impact loading exercises entail any workout that puts a relatively higher than usual load throughout the bones of the body and within a short duration (e.g., jumping, running, and landing). This form of workout will put stress on the bone, and this stress will result in remodeling and maintenance or general density improvement. BioDensity technology offers the safest method of applying an impact load to the body that’s variable and self-loaded. Regular application of BioDensity improves the body’s structure, the building blocks of proper movement, and overall function.

BioDensity Machine
A BioDensity machine is specially designed to be safe, efficient, and effective in increasing muscle, tissue, and bone density. A BioDensity session involves each person being placed in the most vital biomechanical position to bring out force in four directions. It ascertains that the body can safely put up with the load that’s being offered in the activity. Since it’s a self-loaded machine, each individual determines the force that’s applied (you’re resisting the load that you, yourself, create).

Bone Mass Density
Bones are considered living tissue. They consist of blood vessels, nerves, and marrow that support the formation of blood cells. Bones are continuously tearing down and restructuring themselves, like a never-ending freeway construction project.
Bone is an essential connective tissue that constitutes the strong foundation for the human body. Since the bone’s primary role is to enable you to move effectively, it has to withstand a steady mechanism load while avoiding breakage. To allow this, it usually enhances its structure with subtle adaptations to preserve rigidity as well as lightness.
It’s worth noting that mechanical loading produces compression, or strain, on the bone that helps facilitate skeletal integrity and density. In other words, the level of density and integrity of the bone is associated with the amount of compression to which it is exposed. Because BioDensity encourages loading that causes strain on the bones, it ultimately facilitates enhanced integrity and density that is equal to multiple loads exceeding traditional weight training and normal daily activity.

Muscular Density
In general, muscular training can bring one of two results. It’s either an increase in muscle density (myofibrillar hypertrophy) or an increase in muscle size (sarcoplasmic hypertrophy). Traditional weight training, which includes multiple sets and repetitions, leads to an increase in muscle size and mass. The increase in size is a result of enhanced bioluminescence of fluid when it comes to each muscle cell. That said, it’s not a permanent result and the temporary enlargement in muscle size slows down once you stop training.
On the other hand, Myofibrillar hypertrophy is an increase of the muscle fiber as it gets more myofibrils, which tend to contract and cause tension within the muscle cell. With this form of hypertrophy, not only is there an increase in the area density of myofibrils but there’s also a substantially greater ability to apply muscular strength. This hypertrophy is best achieved by training with a heavy load and relatively low repetitions.
Once muscles are needed to produce force to lift the bulkiest load, they’ll adapt by producing more myofibrils to assist them to contract with extra force. This is referred to as myofibril hypertrophy. Generally, the number of myofibrils in every muscle fiber will develop as an adaptation to the stimulus offered by the load that’s maintained for a single repetition. If you utilize BioDensity, you produce force in four directions to the optimal effort. By performing these four movements, a single repetition each, you promote myofibril growth in every major muscle group of the body.

Using A BioDensity Machine
Routine use of a BioDensity Machine stimulates increases in bone density, joint strength, and muscle fiber. To gain the most advantage from impact loading, the objective is to generate the greatest load amount with the muscles which then inparts that similar load on your bones. The greater the load amount, the greater the stimulus to develop your body.

The Psychological Effect of BioDensity
BioDensity generally allows an autogenic, neuro-musculoskeletal stimulus that offers safe loading of multiples of body weight. These loads are often linked to impact loading. According to the U.S. Surgeon General, activities that entail impact loading are highly beneficial for enlarging or sustaining bone mass. Based on user-volunteered and unsolicited patient DXA Scans, there’s a 4.5% average bone mass gain (n=7) for participants in the program for three years.
Substantial muscular strength gains may be seen from only one optimal biomechanical Load Exposure. Simply put, this Load Exposure within the optimal biomechanical range is the actual stimulus that BioDensity provides its users.
